Cancellation Policy

Punctuality & Courtesy
Please try to be on time for your appointment, late arrivals will result in a reduction of your treatment time. We will endeavour to carry out your treatment in the time slot allocated or we can rebook your appointment for another time. All times stated are inclusive of preparation of room and client.
Consultation
At Essential Therapy we are aware that there is a vast range of treatments and that you may not know what you require. We are always happy to offer the most up to date information and offer a complimentary consultation prior to your treatment in confidence. Please allow 10 minutes prior to your appointment for a consultation with our fully qualified Beauty Therapists.
General Treatment Advice -
Food - Always allow at least 1 hour to digest your meals before having treatments.
Alcohol - Never consume alcohol before any treatment.
Medical Conditions - If you have any of the following conditions it is essential to tell your therapist before your treatment as some electrical treatments are prohibited if you suffer from these conditions:
